During my quest to turn around the under-performing mid Atlantic region, I embarked on how to build a highly reliable organization. I identified a great program for my teams to follow. I found a highly inspirational, best-selling training program that utilizes stunning photography and powerful dialogue to help them view things from a different perspective. The program focuses on providing quality care, to help recognize the possibilities and find solutions for many of the challenges before people. I love this video, going as far as even sharing it with my Kids and my daughter’s High School peer class, in order to show the kids to be the best they can be.
